--print-shell-block is the honest way to see what would be written before you let the panel write it. It reads the configuration file and prints the block, nothing else.
--selftest covers the configuration round trip, the shell block build, rc detection, writing and removing a block, the zone scan, and the currency seed. It needs no display.
There are no accelerators and no mnemonics in this panel, and no F1 key.
What works is what the toolkit gives for free:
The buttons, the toggles and the three tabs are MOUSE ONLY. Apply, Close, Reset, From locale, Write shell block, Remove block, every toggle and every tab must be clicked. This is a real limitation, not an omission from this page.
