Other cards

Preferences dialog

Options > Preferences (or cystar --prefs) is the only preferences dialog. The key map is on this page, not a separate one.

Settings are stored in ~/.cyanotype/cystar.conf (or $CYSTAR_CONF). Unknown keys are preserved on rewrite. keymap is notepad or joe. An old windows_cut_paste=off with no keymap key loads as Joe / WordStar.

Cursor

Options > Cursor, not the main Preferences page:

Color Preferences

Options > Color Preferences (or cystar --color-prefs) chooses a text scheme override:

"Apply override to whole window" (default off) also recolors the chrome. The schemes are compiled into cystar. They are not read from share/cystar/cystar-schemes.md at run time. That file is the written table of the same colors.

These schemes are not syntax highlighting. Bold, dim, and accent roles are not painted as language tokens.

View

View > Show Tabs, Tabs Above, and Tabs Below. A single document hides the strip unless Show Tabs is on. New Tab turns the strip on. The vertical wheel on the right of the canvas zooms the body from 80% to 200%. Home is 100%.
