Overview of CyTinyMon

CyTinyMon is the tray LAN/WAN link monitor. Two lamps sit in the system tray: LAN on the left, WAN on the right. Green means the hop answered ICMP; red means it did not; empty or unknown stays grey. A transition to down raises a short CyOSD banner.
