Command Line

Two binaries. cytinymon is the tray monitor. cytinymon-prefs is the Motif panel that writes conf and notifies a running mon.

cytinymon

cytinymon [--help] [--version] [--foreground]

Conf: ~/.cyanotype/cytinymon.conf, or $CYTINYMON_CONF. Enable the monitor in prefs; default is off. With enabled off the process exits so the tray stays empty.

DISPLAY is required. Probing uses share/cytinymon/linkprobe.sh under the install prefix (unprivileged ICMP / gateway / discover helper).

cytinymon-prefs

cytinymon-prefs [--help] [--version]

Opens Link Monitor Preferences. Apply writes the conf and reloads a running cytinymon. Singleton per screen. Esc / q quit like other prefs panels. Cy* widgets throughout.

Examples
