CySetup

CySetup is Blueprint Desktop's Desktop Setup & Checkup panel. It checks whether desktop pieces are configured and offers safe fixes. With no arguments it opens the Motif panel: check rows, a detail pane, Recheck, and optional safe Apply.

startcyanotype may open the panel at login when open_at_login is on. The face Disable button turns that off. Conf lives in ~/.cyanotype/cysetup.conf (or $CYSETUP_CONF).

What It Does

• Panel: multi-state check rows, detail, Recheck, safe Apply.
• `cysetup --check` prints a report without X; `--verbose` adds detail.
• `cysetup --list` names checks; `--fix id` or `--fix safe` applies safe fixes and re-checks.
• `cysetup --first-run` is the quiet session-start probe.

What It Is Not

• It is not a full installer or package manager.
• It only offers fixes marked safe; some issues need a human.
