Command Line

cysetup                 open the Desktop Setup panel
cysetup --check         run every check; print a report (no X)
cysetup --verbose       with --check, explain each problem
cysetup --list          list check names
cysetup --fix safe      apply every safe fix, then re-check
cysetup --fix ID        apply one safe fix by name
cysetup --first-run     quiet probe for session start
cysetup --selftest      headless self-check

Standard house flags: -h/--help, -V/--version, --caps, --log, -v, -q.

Check names match the ids in the panel (for example home-directory, scheme-resolvable, sound-scheme, media-root). Use --list to print them.

Configuration File

~/.cyanotype/cysetup.conf (override: CYSETUP_CONF).

• open_at_login on|off -- startcyanotype may open the panel (default off). Face Enable writes on; Disable writes off.
• Per-check ignore -- skips that row until cleared.

The panel and the CLI share the same conf and the same check table.
