Documentation / Blueprint Desktop Help
Click for Help arms a mode inside the application you are using. While the mode is on, the Help control paints yellow, and rolling the pointer over any control shows a short beveled tip describing that control. Click the Help control again, or close the window, to turn the mode off.
Nothing is launched and no separate window appears. The tip is drawn by the application itself.
Not every control is annotated yet. A control with no tip simply shows nothing; that is a gap in the application, not an error.
The mechanism lives in the shared widget library rather than in any one application, so every application gets the same behaviour. An application opts in with three calls: initialise the mode on its shell, bind its Help control, then tag each control with one sentence of ASCII text.
