Link Monitor Preferences

These are the preferences for the tray link monitor. There is a master switch, off by default, plus the LAN and WAN hops, how often to probe, and the ink used for the up state and the down state.

Apply writes the configuration and tells a running monitor to reload it. A second copy of this panel replaces the first, so you do not get two of them. It is still a monitor. It is not a configuration engine for the interfaces.

Link Monitor Preferences. The master switch is off until you enable the monitor.
