Icosahedra

Screen saver

Icosahedra is a screen hack built on the project mark, in the tradition of SGI's Octahedra. These pictures are ordinary windows, at the size the program chooses. They are not the fullscreen saver. The modes shown are solid (three bodies), wire, mesh, blur, mixed, and pipes. It draws with X11 and GLX, using fixed-function OpenGL, and the build includes the binary only when the host has GLX.

Screen Saver is the panel that starts a hack after the desk has been idle, draws it fullscreen, and can lock the session when the hack ends. Colored Smoke and Xray Agent are the other two hacks, each on its own page. A fuller product face for this saver is still later work. The program described here is the one in the tree.
