Color schemes
CySchemeD publishes the live color roles, and the X RESOURCE_MANAGER property, so every Blueprint program paints from one scheme. A role is a named color, such as the active title bar or the menu, rather than a hard-coded RGB in each program. A scheme that does not parse fails loudly, and it says where. The daemon does not invent a color to paper over a bad file.
Asking it to switch schemes does not restart the session. Open programs that follow the scheme repaint. The pictures on this page, and the longer set on the CyWall page, are that switch, taken on a live desk.
The session as it sits, with nothing else opened. The scheme is Icy Blue Mountains, the wallpaper is house-in-green, the desktop icons are up, and the toolchest runs along the bottom.

Magenta Landscape, with no extra windows. The wallpaper and the frames move together. The four outlines beside Blueprint are quick-launch wells, drawn as the generic window glyph.

Sunset over Ocean Waves. The wallpaper and the frames take that scheme together, with no extra windows open.

Space and Planetary Scene. Same desk, same rule: the picture and the frames change together.

Orange Landscape Scene. Same desk again, with the wallpaper and the frames on that scheme.
