On-screen keyboard
CyOSK is the on-screen keyboard, and it is part of the desktop core rather than an add-on you start by hand. A Blueprint session starts it as a hidden process. CyWM shows and hides it, including with Ctrl+Alt+k.
It draws a fixed-function OpenGL keyboard and injects key events into whichever client has the focus. Layouts and themes are files that ship with the program. One preferences panel owns the settings it remembers, so there is not a second keyboard panel in another menu.
The on-screen keyboard, at the size the program chooses.
