Clock Preferences

These are the preferences for the desktop clock: the timezone shown in the window, the face and the options that belong to that face, and sound where the face has any. The controls write immediately and tell a running clock. There is no Apply button to forget.

The time base is the system clock. This panel does not set the system zone. Location and Time is the panel that does.
